All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable local duties unless stated otherwise. We strive for exact accuracy in color reproduction and dimensions; however, because many of our items are hand-thrown, hand-carved, or feature natural timber grain, slight natural variations are an authentic hallmark of artisanal craft.

3. Order Acceptance & Inventory

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders where items are unexpectedly out of stock, damaged prior to packaging, or subject to typographical pricing errors.

4. Intellectual Property

All photography, copywriting, logos, visual layouts, and editorial content on this website are the proprietary property of Ofmax Homes and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
